1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of LightSeek.com and the supply of LED lighting products and services by Guangzhou LightSeek Technologies Co., Ltd. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and accept these Terms to the extent not superseded by a signed contract.
2. Product Information
Product specifications, photos, and certificates shown on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge and are subject to the details in the confirmed quotation. Minor differences may occur between displayed photos and production versions due to batch variation; final specifications prevail in the written quotation and order acknowledgment.
3. Quotations & Orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are confirmed by our sales team in writing. An order becomes binding once we confirm the order acknowledgment, which specifies quantities, prices, lead time, and Incoterms.
4. Payment

We may prepare samples and tooling against the agreed deposit amount. Incoterms and payment currency are confirmed per order. See also Shipping & Return Policy.
5. Warranty & Claims
All export products carry a 5-year full warranty (no pro-rating), subject to correct installation, operating voltages, and the limits of our published ratings. Claims procedure, replacement terms, and limitations are described in our FAQ and the applicable contract.
