• Business contact details — name, company name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, and project details you submit through our inquiry, contact, or form pages.
• Technical data — visitor ID (a randomly generated, non-personally-identifiable cookie) and anonymized page-view analytics used to understand which pages and products buyers are interested in.
• Correspondence — copies of emails and messages you exchange with our sales team.

We do not collect payment card or financial account details through this website; transactions are handled on separate invoicing/B2B payment channels by mutual agreement.

• Respond to inquiries and provide quotations, lighting design support (IES/DIALux files), and technical recommendations;
