Our Quality System
A 5-year full warranty is an engineering outcome, not a marketing claim. Every LightSeek export product passes four control stages, uses isolated constant-current drivers with 4kV surge protection, and is built on 6063 aluminum thermal structures to keep junction temperatures safely inside the chips' L70 lifetime ratings.
1. Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
Tier-1 chips (Philips, Bridgelux, OSRAM, Lumileds) and drivers (Tridonic and equivalents) are verified against approved vendor QAs — binning, reflow quality, and documented traceability, so no counterfeit or refurbished parts enter production.
2. In-Process Controls (IPQC)
Solder joint X-ray sampling, torque checks on thermal interfaces, and continuous monitoring of reflow profiles keep assembly parameters inside tolerance at every station.
3. 24-Hour Aging Test
Every fixture is burned in for 24 hours at rated power before packing, with luminance and thermal sampling to catch infant-mortality failures that would otherwise surface on your project site.
4. Final Inspection (OQC) & AQL
Finished goods are inspected on an AQL sampling (critical 0/1.5, major, minor 4.0) covering photometry — CCT, CRI, lux, and power factor — plus visual, torque, and packaging checks. Test reports are available for each batch; custom inspection standards are supported for repeat buyers.
What the Numbers Mean

Documentation & Traceability
Batch test reports, aging records, IES files, and certificates (CE, RoHS, UL/ETL, SAA, CB, FCC) are available on request before shipment, and every carton carries batch codes for full traceability back to production records.
