OEM / ODM LED Lighting
From market research and industrial design to molds and certification — LightSeek builds your brand's commercial LED luminaires.
Your Brand, Our Engineering
LightSeek is a factory-direct LED manufacturer — not a trading company. Our OEM/ODM team handles the complete cycle: market research, industrial design, 3D prototyping, mold development, certification, and aging-tested production. Whether you need a branded version of an existing luminaire or a fully engineered new fixture, we manage tooling and quality so you can scale a catalog without building a production line.
How OEM/ODM Works
1. Market Research & Brief
We define the target market, certifications, and price positioning together with your team — drawing on 9+ years of commercial lighting data for Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and North America.
2. Industrial & Optical Design
Housing form, finish, beam optics, and driver topology are engineered with photometric simulations (IES/DIALux files delivered with samples).
3. 3D Prototyping
Functional 3D-printed and CNC samples verify fit, thermal design, and light distribution before any tooling investment.
4. Mold Development & Tooling
Die-cast, extruded, and injection molds for housings, lenses, and mounting hardware, with 6063 aluminum thermal structures.
5. Certification Support
We prepare products for CE/LVD/EMC, RoHS, UL/ETL, SAA, CB, and FCC qualification, supplying the documentation and test samples you need.
6. Production & Aging
Isolated constant-current drivers with 4kV surge protection, Tier-1 chips (Philips, Bridgelux, OSRAM, Lumileds), and 24-hour aging before dispatch.

OEM / ODM FAQ
What can be customized in an OEM/ODM project?
CCT, CRI, power, beam angle, housing finish and color, dimming protocol (DALI/0-10V/TRIAC), driver configuration, track profile, brand logo, and packaging — including custom gift boxes and pallet marking.
What is the MOQ for OEM or ODM orders?
MOQ depends on the level of customization. Standard logo and color OEM projects often start at 100–300 units per SKU. Fully custom ODM projects with new molds typically require higher volumes; contact us with your specifications for a detailed quote.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide samples for evaluation, including IES files and DIALux design support. Sample lead time is usually 5–7 working days for standard products and 2–3 weeks for custom configurations.
How long does tooling take?
Typical new molds run 3–5 weeks after design approval, with the first production samples verified for tolerance, optics, and finish before mass production.
